Evaluation Consultant at Process Consulting Company, Moscow, Russia. Member of the Board of International Programme Evaluation Network.

Natalia has been working in the field of program and project evaluation since 1996, after graduating from Master’s programme at School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Indiana University, USA. Before that worked in the field of water quality monitoring and evaluation.

Has carried out evaluation projects in Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Kosovo. Has a number of publications on evaluation in Russian. Was one of three co-editors of the book “Programme Evaluation: Methodology and Practice”, a collections of articles by 22 authors from CIS, USA and Canada.
