Frankie Jordan

Frankie has served on the CES-National Council since 2003 as Saskatchewan chapter representative, vice-president and president. In her current role as Past President she is the CES representative on the IOCE Board of Trustees. Prior to serving on CES-National Council, she held various positions on the Saskatchewan Chapter executive for 11 years.

Frankie has been employed by the provincial government as an evaluation specialist with the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General for 12 years and prior to that the Ministry of Education for nine years. She develops and implements evaluation projects at three levels: community, provincial and federal and works closely with justice-funded community-based organizations conducting workshops on evaluation and providing resources (knowledge, time and energy) to organizations to increase the evaluation knowledge and skills of the people working there and to help develop and implement the program’s evaluation framework. As well, Frankie conducts and manages large evaluation projects at the provincial level and provides advice to government on evaluation initiatives.
