François Dumaine, Partner at PRA, is a full-time evaluator who, for the past 13 years, has been engaged a variety of assignments, including many that focus on official languages, justice and Aboriginal related programs and initiatives. While based in Ottawa, François has been working with non-profit organizations and government agencies from all regions of Canada in assessing their initiatives. François first got involved with the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES) as organizer of the Student Case Competition, a unique initiative that allows students from universities across the country to engage in a friendly competition involving an evaluation assignment. As President of CES, François oversaw the implementation of the Professional Designations Program, allowing CES members to be officially credentialed.
