The International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE) is an international partnership of national and regional evaluation associations that provides leadership in evaluation worldwide by encouraging demand for evaluation, and supporting organizational capacity for evaluation associations.

The IOCE facilitates sharing ideas across the global evaluation community, promotes good governance of evaluation associations, and champions the recognition of the value and contributions of evaluation to improve the lives of people.

We provide a platform for worldwide cooperation and partnership in evaluation, fostering the exchnage of ideas, high professional standards and an open and global perspective among evaluators.

    Impact Evaluation Series - UNICEF
    A complete package of methodological briefs and instructional videos on impact evaluation, commissioned by UNICEF were authored by two of our members: the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie), and BetterEvaluation, in partnership with RMIT University. These are now available on the UNICEF Office of Research - Innocenti website at http://www.unicef-irc.org/KM/IE/ - all are in English, with selected products also in French and Spanish.
